The Solution Comes Up Every Morning
Who Are We?
The North Texas Renewable Energy Group (NTREG) was
established in 2001 with the primary goal of educating
North Texans about the power of renewable energy. Our
network of professional RE enthusiasts, engineers, architects,
specialists, and users provide an environment for learning
and sharing.
NTREG is a non-profit volunteer organization and is
the local chapter of the Texas Solar Energy Society.
We encourage our members to take part in the State and
National (American Solar Energy Society) memberships.
Our Mission:
The Mission of North Texas Renewable Energy Group (NTREG)
is to further the development of renewable energy, sciences
and technologies with concern for the ecological, social
and economic fabric of our community and state. NTREG
promotes renewable energy through the exchange of ideas
and information at meetings, discussion group and public
and private events.
Membership in NTREG is open to any person who shares its mission. We are the local chapter for Texas Solar Energy Society (TXSES) which is the state chapter for the American Solar Energy Society (ASES)
