Save the date for the second annual Sun Day Austin 2026! Sun Day ATX is an energizing, family-friendly festival celebrating the power of the sun and community-powered energy solutions. The event will take place on Sunday, September 27th 4–6 p.m. at Mueller Lake Park (between the playground and the lake).
Last year’s inaugural event at the Texas State Capitol saw hundreds of participants of all ages and more than two dozen non-profit, City, and local business partners; we were also joined by City Council Members Mike Siegel and Ryan Alter and Travis County Commissioner Brigid Shea.
Building on last year’s success, we are looking forward to another fun and engaging event to celebrate and promote solar energy. In addition to tables with information, there will be fun activities for kids and adults, live music, and the beautiful Sun Puppet. More details to come, but please RSVP.
