About the speaker
As a NABCEP certified professional, Phil Roth’s career began in project management and site assessment for a residential solar installer in West Virginia, where he built a strong foundation across all aspects of solar installation. He went on to expand his expertise through roles in service management, technical sales, and as the primary onboarding trainer, developing a well-rounded perspective on the industry. Now at ABB as a Senior Application Engineer, Phil leverages that experience to train, onboard, and design energy management projects alongside ABB’s network of contractor installers.
