Come see Austin’s first solar covered social gathering place! Solar Austin and BikeTexas are celebrating their new solar installation at the 900 Springdale Rd. The two have partnered to create a solar-covered shade structure to power the Bike Texas headquarters and the food park. Join the festivities for a ribbon cutting, music, and food to celebrate this new solar installation. The event will also include a discussion of how local solar can enable decarbonizing Austin Energy.
